It’s scheduled US release date is July 20, 2012.  Filming will definitely take place this summer in Pittsburgh.  More filming will likely be back at the Cardington hangars where The Dark Knight and Batman Begins were also shot.  Other possible locations include New York City (stock exchange), Bucharest and India.
