SURVEY: Do you consider TDKR set photos to be spoilers?
Because I’ve been feeling guilty about posting photos of Tom in his Bane costume since I got a few messages about it……
Personally, I don’t consider the photos to be spoilers.
WE ONLY SEE WHAT HE WANTS US TO SEE BECAUSE HE’S
but if they’re spoilers for you, then I don’t wanna mess with that. Fandom is sacred. What do you guys have to say?

In regards to Bane’s voice…..
While I do love it, I am of the opinion it’s meant to throw us off, and that it will be totally different in the finished product. Nolan only lets us see and hear what he wants us to see and hear. Remember that! BRRRRRRRRM.

Umm, wow. I am familiar with the condition but the Bane that I know from comics does not have that. Do you have insider info?….because I really thought that this was all just speculation from Talli on the NolanFans forum.
You speak of this as fact with such a degree of certainty that I question your identity, anonymous. ARE YOU CHRIS NOLAN HIMSELF?! I’m a huge fan of yours!
If you are, and you are going with the whole “congenital analgesia” thing then I must say that I think it’s lame…..that condition is not conducive to survival, most patients die from unnoticed injuries being infected. It is sad. I’ll be disappointed if that’s it. The scars go down his cervical spine, and while rough looking, they most certainly look deliberate to me.
Speculation is fun, but it is just that: speculation. There isn’t anything to argue about because we don’t have facts yet!

I don’t think that Bane’s head and neck scars are such a mystery. It’s from crazy venom experimentation on Pena Duro! Of course, in Nolan’s version he’d have to have taken the Venom ports out to have those scars…interesting.

The Dark Knight Rises trailer features little to know information about the actual plot except for the fact that Bane and Batman face off at some point. I took of a screen grab of the two about to engage in battle and noticed someone off to the right and further behind Batman. Interesting right? Who could it be?
OOOooOOOoh! I didn’t notice that! Maybe it’s one of Bane’s men. One of Bane’s men who wears long underwear. Exclusively.
